Dr. Bagley joined WSO in September of 2023. While he originally grew up on a farm in southeastern Idaho, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah, medical school training at the University of Washington, orthopaedic surgery residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, and a foot and ankle fellowship at Baylor University in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Bagley and his wife Shay, along with their four children, are excited to call Montrose “Home” and finally be back closer to family here in the beautiful mountain west.

Dr. Bagley is fellowship-trained in foot and ankle surgery and, as such, takes care of anything related to the foot and ankle, including trauma, sports-related injuries, arthritis and other degenerative conditions, deformity, limb-salvage, and reconstruction. He also has experience in joint arthroplasty, joint arthroscopy, fracture care, and hand surgery.

When not at work, Dr. Bagley enjoys spending time with his young family, whether it be at his kid’s various sporting events or exploring the great outdoors, hiking, camping, and skiing.
